This week we are presenting two improvements that are aimed at operators of online stores based on Shopware on the one hand and simplify the recording of incoming payments on the other.
Mark several invoices as paid at the same time
In the document overview under “Documents” > “Invoices”, you can enter incoming payments for several invoices at the same time if they have the same date of receipt of the payment, the same payment method and the full invoice amount.
To do this, select the invoices for which you want to enter the incoming payments and then click on the corresponding button at the bottom of the screen. The following animation shows you the exact procedure:
New filters for Shopware imports
Some retailers have told us that they need to be able to use other filters in addition to the existing filters for the status of orders to be imported. We were happy to take this on board and implement it. The following options are now available to you:
New additions are: “Ready for delivery”, “Partially delivered” and “Fully delivered”.
