Price groups for services / New placeholders for employees

Price groups can now also be used for services

The “Price groups” function, which could previously only be used for goods created in easybill, is now also available for services:

A brief explanation if you are not yet familiar with this function: You can enter up to ten sales prices for an item in the individual price groups, for example a price for regular customers, resellers, etc. in addition to the regular sales price.

In the customer master, you can sort the customer into such a price group so that the system accesses the price stored in “Price group 2”, for example, in documents that are created for this customer. This is defined in the customer master under “Discount conditions”:

Placeholder for displaying the contact person for your customers

If you use the BUSINESS package, you can create any number of accesses for your employees so that they can work and create documents with their own login.

Previously, you could use placeholders on your documents and in emails, such as %COMPANY.FIRSTNAME% or %COMPANY.LASTNAME%, you can only insert the data that has been entered under the “My company” menu item.

The placeholders %EMPLOYEE.FIRSTNAME%, %EMPLOYEE.LASTNAME%, %EMPLOYEE.NAME% (contains both the first name and the surname), %EMPLOYEE.EMAIL%, %EMPLOYEE.PHONE% and %EMPLOYEE.SIGNATURE% have been added.

The data from which the placeholders are filled, as well as the signature graphic, which can be displayed via the last placeholder, are stored in the employee’s profile under “My company” > “Manage employees/accounts”.
