Manuel Zabe is Managing Director of the ExpertMe Academy. For 7 years, he supported industrial companies on the topic of occupational safety and advised them on the selection of occupational safety products.

In discussions with HSE managers, occupational safety specialists, and safety officers, he increasingly heard complaints about how much planning and time is required for safety officers and their continuing education. At the same time, these multipliers for occupational safety are indispensable. In 2018, Mr. Zabe used his market knowledge from occupational safety and the experience from an already established online academy. With the support of the Coachy platform, the ExpertMe Academy was founded.

Together with independent experts and taking current requirements into account, such as DGUV Information 211-042, the training program to become a safety officer was designed and the content developed.  
Overall, over 11 months, all necessary information was digitized, video material created, and scripts produced.

Since September 2019, it has been possible to train safety officers with different specializations 100% online.

Thanks to the flexible online training, participants save themselves unnecessary travel time and costs. Participants enjoy maximum flexibility in the online training. They learn comfortably from home or on the go with almost any internet-enabled device such as a smartphone, tablet, or laptop. Participants determine their learning pace individually and learn where and when they want.



## How did we come to easybill?

We offer our training courses via the Wix website builder. Order processing and invoicing should be simple and as automated as possible. Initially, orders and invoices were still processed via Digistore24. However, sending website visitors to an external website was not advantageous for us.

In the next step, the Wix shop system was integrated to accept orders directly on the website. However, invoicing via the American platform was not designed for our needs. In addition, our courses are state-approved and are therefore subject to special VAT regulations. easybill offered us the right solution for this. It became especially interesting when easybill started supporting an integration with Wix. Since then, we have been able to import all orders automatically from the Wix shop system into easybill and create invoices with just two clicks. This makes processing extremely time-saving with a very low risk of errors.



## What we particularly like

The integration with Wix Shop and the automated bank account reconciliation make it possible to reduce the time required for invoice processing to just a few hours per month. However, special mention should be made of easybill support, which works exceptionally quickly and with great dedication.
