### How do I connect a marketplace to easybill Connect?

Most marketplaces use OAuth. You’ll be redirected to the platform and grant permission there. For other marketplaces, you store an API key. Setup takes just a few minutes.

### Are orders imported automatically?

Yes. You can enable auto-import—twice daily by default, optionally hourly. You can also import manually at any time.

### What happens with returns and refunds?

For supported marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Otto, Shopify), returns are imported automatically and created as credit notes—linked to the original invoice.

### Can I upload invoices to marketplaces?

Yes, for Amazon (IDU, VCS, VCS lite), Kaufland, Otto, and Mirakl marketplaces. The upload happens automatically after the invoice is created.

### Are all marketplaces treated the same?

The workflow is consistent: import → invoice → tracking. But each marketplace has its own options—e.g., VCS only on Amazon, Replica Invoices on Otto and Temu.

### What are Mirakl marketplaces?

Mirakl is a platform that many marketplaces are built on—e.g., MediaMarkt, Saturn, Leroy Merlin. With a Mirakl integration, you can reach all of these marketplaces.
