You connect your marketplace or shop to easybill Connect once. After that, orders are retrieved automatically – by default twice a day. You can also import manually at any time or enable hourly import. ### Which documents can I have created automatically? easybill Connect creates invoices, credit notes, delivery notes, and cancellation documents. You can store your own templates and texts for each document type. ### Are tax rates recognized automatically? Yes. easybill Connect takes the tax rates from the order or calculates them based on the shipping and warehouse country. Differential taxation and OSS are also supported. ### Can I automatically send invoices to customers? Yes. You can have emails sent automatically with a configurable time delay (1–14 days). Subject, text, and attachments can be customized individually. ### Does easybill Connect also support Amazon VCS? Yes. You can create VCS-compliant invoices and have them automatically uploaded to Amazon.
