Ein Stern-Abzug bezüglich fehlender mehrsprachiger Artikel- und Dienstleistungsstamm (Konfiguration) Möglichkeit\*\*, welcher zu einer Doppelung von Set-up Maßnahmen beinhaltet sofern man einen internationalen Kundenstamm betreut und von vornherein, standardisierte Übersetzungen für Serviceleistungen, Textbausteinen, usw. berücksichtigen will. \* zu 80% habe ich meine Konfiguration mit Unterstützung von Google Gemini gemacht - sprich, der KI mitgeteilt, dass ich easybill als E-Rechnungstool ausgewählt habe. Dann den jeweiligen Konfigurationsbereich benannt (der Pfad ist dank Einrichtungsunterstützung innerhalb dem Set-up "Path" von easybill eh vorgegeben) - z.B. Dienstleistungen: habe der KI gesagt was ich brauche bzw. gefragt was die KI als üblichen Standard für die Art unseres Unternehmens empfiehlt, inkl. Schritt-für-Schritt Erklärung wie der Set-up innerhalb von easybill Invoice vorgenommen wird. \*\* das System unterstützt aber eine automatisierte KI-Übersetzungsfunktion innerhalb der Dokumenten/Angebots-/Rechnungstellung, usw. - Philipp Dunkel ★★★★★ 2 months ago Update zu meiner ursprünglichen Bewertung: Nach meiner zunächst sehr kritischen Bewertung wurde ich persönlich von easybill kontaktiert. Das anschließende Gespräch hat meinen Eindruck vom Kundenservice deutlich verbessert. Der Mitarbeiter … More war ausgesprochen freundlich, kompetent und hat sich wirklich die notwendige Zeit genommen. Meine bestehenden Probleme wurden schnell und umfassend gelöst. Darüber hinaus wurden auch weitere Fragen zur Software ausführlich beantwortet, die gar nicht unmittelbar mit meinem ursprünglichen Anliegen zusammenhingen. Genau diese Art von persönlichem und engagiertem Kundenservice kannte und schätzte ich von easybill aus früheren Jahren. Fairerweise möchte ich allerdings erwähnen, dass diese schnelle und intensive Betreuung erst aufgrund meiner negativen Bewertung zustande gekommen ist. Umso mehr würde ich mir wünschen, dass dieser Service künftig wieder grundsätzlich allen Kunden so unkompliziert zur Verfügung steht – und nicht erst nach einer öffentlichen Kritik. In meinem Fall wurde jedenfalls hervorragend reagiert und meine Probleme wurden vollständig gelöst. Deshalb korrigiere ich meine ursprüngliche Bewertung gerne deutlich nach oben.
