With a direct API connection, tracking numbers are assigned automatically. If you create labels externally, you can upload shipping lists from DHL, DPD and GLS – the assignment happens automatically based on the reference number. ### Which marketplaces support tracking export? Amazon, eBay, Otto, Kaufland, Shopify, Shopware, Gambio and Mirakl-based marketplaces. The export happens automatically after label creation or at a configured time. ### Does each status query cost extra? No, monitoring shipment status is an integral part of our shipping features. There are no additional fees per parcel query from easybill. ### Can I control the export time? Yes. For each shipping configuration, you can choose: immediately, with a delay (in minutes) or at a fixed time with an optional day offset. ### What happens if a tracking number cannot be assigned? You will receive a warning with the unassigned tracking number. You can manually assign it to an order or correct the reference number. ### Are customers notified automatically? For Shopify orders, you can enable an automatic customer notification. For other platforms, the marketplace itself sends the notification as soon as the shipping status has been transmitted. ### Can I also see where the package is currently located? Yes.
