## What does it mean to be a **freelancer**?

Essentially, a **freelancer is also an entrepreneur** who becomes self-employed. The difference, however, is that as a freelancer who works in a so-called “catalog profession”, you do **not have to register a business**.

Dienstleistungen: habe der KI gesagt was ich brauche bzw. gefragt was die KI als üblichen Standard für die Art unseres Unternehmens empfiehlt, inkl. Schritt-für-Schritt Erklärung wie der Set-up innerhalb von easybill Invoice vorgenommen wird.  
     \*\* das System unterstützt aber eine automatisierte KI-Übersetzungsfunktion innerhalb der Dokumenten/Angebots-/Rechnungstellung, usw.

     Der Mitarbeiter … More war ausgesprochen freundlich, kompetent und hat sich wirklich die notwendige Zeit genommen. Meine bestehenden Probleme wurden schnell und umfassend gelöst. Darüber hinaus wurden auch weitere Fragen zur Software ausführlich beantwortet, die gar nicht unmittelbar mit meinem ursprünglichen Anliegen zusammenhingen.  
     Genau diese Art von persönlichem und engagiertem Kundenservice kannte und schätzte ich von easybill aus früheren Jahren.  
     Fairerweise möchte ich allerdings erwähnen, dass diese schnelle und intensive Betreuung erst aufgrund meiner negativen Bewertung zustande gekommen ist.
