Pricing
Registration and use of the FOMA portal are free of charge for you. In the event of success, you receive 100% of your claim. In the case of undisputed claims, your customers or debtors must also cover the collection costs.
In out-of-court proceedings, you generally incur no costs. Only after prior consultation with you do we initiate judicial dunning proceedings and subsequent enforcement.
We will inform you in advance about any possible third-party costs, such as court fees. Of course, we will claim these costs from the debtor – in principle, they must be reimbursed by them.
