    Improve the way you work. With easybill, you can create invoices in just a few seconds. In the first step, select the customer the document will be sent to.

  2. Invoice items

    Avoid unnecessary entry of your invoice items before every new invoice. Once you’ve created an invoice item, you can save it for future invoices and reuse it again and again.

  3. Service date, invoice and tax number

    We take care of the proper structure of your invoice and compliance with legal requirements. You use the time for other tasks that come up in your business.

  4. Sending

    You can download the finished document as a PDF and print it yourself. Or you can have us send it by email, fax or post.

Our standard template looks great and professional. You don’t have to worry about anything. Just enter the most important company details, your bank details, and a few tax-related details.

If our standard template isn’t enough for you, you can adapt it completely flexibly in terms of content, e.g. to create a document in another language. Or you can simply use your own logo and letterhead.

Import and export of your data

…with easybill. You can easily import your existing customer, product and service data into your account as an Excel spreadsheet or CSV file.

Take the load off your tax advisor (and save money as a result) by exporting your outgoing invoices, e.g. in DATEV format (data service, CSV or XML).

Use the export function to our debt-collection partner mediaFinanz and transfer overdue invoices for further follow-up completely automatically. Before a larger order, you can obtain a credit report on your customer.

If the available features aren’t enough for you, you can use our interfaces to continue working with your data directly yourself or to adapt invoices, reminders, and the like to your existing workflow.
