If you have several contact persons for one of your customers (e.g. management, accounting, marketing, etc.), you do not have to create each of these contacts separately as customers, but can add them as contact persons in the customer master data.
The data stored in the system in this way can now also be optionally exported during the CSV export of customer data under the menu item “Customers” > “Export customer data”:
To do this, check the “With contact persons” box at the top of the export screen.
