MedGurus Verlag distributes books, e-learning software and seminars throughout Europe to prepare for the medical test TMS in Germany, MedAT in Austria and EMS in Switzerland. Our accounting is correspondingly complex. We sell electronically provided services and books (reduced VAT rate), as well as regularly taxed products and VAT-exempt seminars via our webshop and Amazon in Germany, the EU and third countries.
Delivery thresholds within the EU must be monitored and taken into account, export deliveries to Switzerland and third countries must be separated for tax purposes, and the MOSS procedure must be prepared for electronically provided services to other EU countries. These are all complex processes that no other invoicing software can even begin to cover.
It is all the more amazing that we were able to map all these processes in close cooperation with easybill. Now we have a completely automated accounting system that meets all requirements and saves our tax consultant a lot of effort. The new DATEV export function was decisive for this. The export allows us to automatically adapt our accounting records to the complex issues and at the same time integrate cost centers for controlling. A really ingenious tool that adapts to your own needs. And at the same time you save costs in accounting and controlling.
